The car was restored by a dedicated group of Holden designers and engineers and it has the code named RD 001; the Hurricane is a mid-engined, rear-wheel drive, two-seater sports car that looks stunningly beautiful.

They say that the Holden designers started restoring the Hurricane concept about 5 years ago using as many of the original parts as possible.

The Hurricane concept stands just 38.9 inches high and has no conventional doors and it was on display for the public at the Motorclassica car show in Melbourne on Oct. 21-23.
